Welcome to Bryn Du Woods and The Colony at Bryn Du Woods in beautiful Granville, Ohio
All property owners who live within the Bryn Du Woods subdivisions are required by the terms of their deeds to be members of the Bryn Du Woods Homeowners Association. The Association is governed by a board of trustees that are elected annually for one-year terms. Any member of the Association who is in good standing is eligible to serve on the board.
The rights and responsibilities of the Association and its members are enumerated in protective covenants and design guidelines. Each member of the Association receives copies of these documents upon purchasing property in the subdivision.
The Association's dues are set by the membership at its annual meeting. Membership fees support such functions as maintenance of common property, street lighting, professional fees, insurance, and social events.
Our Bryn Du Woods neighborhoods consists of over 170 luxury homes and an additional 44 cluster homes in The Colony at Bryn Du Woods. Our neighborhood is governed by a Homeowners Association board of trustees, elected to a one-year term. The HOA Board is a great way to get involved in our neighborhood and is always looking for residents to be more involved in maintaining the high standards of keeping our residential community the beautiful prestigious neighborhood that it is. If interested in becoming more involved, contact your HOA Board President.
Upon buying or building in Bryn Du Woods, there is a one time $125 transfer fee. Please inform your title company of this fee prior to deed transfer. Additionally, HOA annual dues change yearly and are published by March 1st each year. Notice to Title Companies: for updated dues or questions, please email the Bryn Du Woods HOA Board Treasurer. For 2021, annual dues are:

Bryn Du Woods Design Guide: Architectural Review
Bryn Du Woods is a planned community and our design standards provide for the "combining of good design with respect for the natural environment." Any external changes to your home or property must be approved by our Architectural Review Committee (ARC). This includes any exterior painting to the house or doors, replacement of garage doors, fencing, outdoor structures and significant landscaping changes. For new homes, the home plan, materials and colors must be approved. After that the hardscape and landscape must be approved.
