This facility is owned by the HOA, and is an asset for all of its residents to enjoy. There is no charge for residents of Bryn Du Woods for its use. It is scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. The resident should always be present at any event which they have scheduled, and please be courteous of the neighbors as far as noise, hours of use, and cleaning up after your party. Also, please do not park on the private drive located by the White Barn (the Dicksons) or in the grass. Parking is permitted on the street only, or on the new parking lot adjacent to the White Barn, behind the Bryn Du Mansion (inside the black iron fence within the grounds of the Mansion).

Please include: Requested day, date, and hours (ex. "noon to 8:00pm". be sure to allow time for setup and clean up). Also, include the responsible HOA resident's name, their address and phone #. Put "White Barn" in subject line.

Let's be good neighbors. While using this facility, please be aware of neighbors in the area, and of events (especially weddings) which may be taking place next door at the Bryn Du Mansion.
