This facility is owned by the HOA, and is an asset for all of its residents to enjoy. There is no charge for residents of Bryn Du Woods for its use. It is scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. The resident should always be present at any event which they have scheduled, and please be courteous of the neighbors as far as noise, hours of use, and cleaning up after your party. Also, please do not park on the private drive located by the White Barn (the Dicksons) or in the grass. Parking is permitted on the street only, or on the new parking lot adjacent to the White Barn, next to the Bryn Du Mansion.
