Minutes from last meeting approved. Laurie made the motion ,Linda seconded it.
Directory from Kim Biggerstaff to be proofread. List of board of trustees to Kim. This will be going out by the end of April.
Financial Report: Annette Flathers. She presented proposed budget. Approved with changes . Laurie Kissack made the motion to approve the budget.Pat Jones seconded it.
Committee Reports Landscaping: Linda Neuenschwander Pat did not like the vinca flowers at front entrance. Mulch with boy scouts. Owls will be put up this weekend.
Website: Bill Wilken there is a hold up with getting information from the previous webmaster. Bill wants to add homes for sale on website. We need to add privacy setting on our website. Membership: Pat Jones nothing to report. Larsen home sold to Bennett trustee.
Architectural Review: Laurie Kissack- Vecchione wants to add deck to old Baltisberger home. Vecchione wants to be considered to replace Mark as the architect for the homeowners association. Brady Bird wants to put a fence up. He met with Mark. Tussing at COTC gave me three architects for potential replacements. $80 an hour will be offered.
Compliments Complaints: Laurie Kissack. The Arant house was damaged by lightening. The lights on the streets in Bryn Du are not bright enough. McKenzie’s have been leaving trailer in the street. The stone in front of their home looks terrible. Palumbo's home looks beautiful.
Covenants Revisions:-Laurie Kissack. 17 signatures needed in phase one ,18 signatures needed in phase two. Two signatures needed in phase six.. Phase five is completed. March 31 all signatures will be in. Filed by April 15. Dues and liens - Laurie Kissack everything collected.

Spring tea at May 19th at the Kissacks. Sept. 11 is the picnic. June 25 is the garage sale. Nov.14 is the annual meeting.
