COMMITTEE REPORTS
Landscaping
Linda Neuenschwander - The flowers are in. Many people have commented on it. Tony ordered lifters on line for the baskets to make watering easier. Absolute Lawn was contacted by Linda. We have prepaid but, we were invoiced. Absolute Lawn realized it was their mistake. We will receive no more invoices. They will continue their business.
Maintenance
Tony Piehowicz - The entrance fountain was going on and off. Electrician said it was fine. Called Mount Drilling. Pump was burned out. The pump was made for the pond, however, was turned off. We did not know that. Water stays on. It was $800 for new pump and labor. The people that are watering flowers must learn a new procedure. A municipal valve will be installed. The key will be hidden. We never knew there was a well to add water to the pond. In the fall we will turn well off. We need fish. Tony will buy fish for pond at Granville Mill. The fish will be $11 each. Friday Tony knocked seven swallow nests down in the white barn. Still looking for an ultimate solution to keep the birds from nesting. Owls didn’t work. White barn pond has a lot of grass growing. The copper sulfate will treat that.
Website
Bill Wilken- Homes that are for sale are difficult to keep track of. He will feature anything for the garage sale on the website. You must have submitted an email address to log on to the homeowners website. Pictures will be added as the year progresses. An announcement about the new website will be put in the Bryn Doings.
Membership
Pat Jones- No news to report.
Architectural Review
Laurie Kissack - Phil is wonderful. He includes covenants that support his decision. Smith's plans were not approved until resubmitted and then thet were approved. Cheney's plans were approved.. Choice's plans were approved. Murillo's plans were approved. Vecchione’s plans were beautiful
Covenants
Covenant revisions are ready to be executed. They will be dropped off at Siobhans.
