Old Business
No approval of last month’s meeting notes because Patti Parker was not present.
Financial Report-Annette Flathers : the cost for an accountant to handle bills, annual dues, tax returns will be $150 a month. Annette received a check for $335 from 115 Onnen Court from a corporate relocation firm.

Landscaping Linda Neuenschwander: An owl and hawk were purchased for the white barn bird issue. Tony will hang the wire by early February. Michele and Linda will move the hawk and owl around the barn periodically to confuse the birds.
Architectural Review-Laurie Kissack: Jack Burns will supply list of potential candidates for the open position of architect.
Compliments, Concerns Complaints-Laurie Kissack:- everyone raved about the Christmas tree at the front entrance. Thanks to all that helped. The luminaries were cancelled due to inclement weather.
Dues and liens-Laurie Kissack-everything seems to be in good shape. May 30, 2011 will be the last day to pay dues without incurring late fees.
