Board of Trustees Meeting February 2, 2011
Financial Report- Laurie Kissack-meeting with bookkeeper to get all information. Filed lien against Evans. Annette Flathers- bookkeeper is working on the budget.
Landscaping Linda Neuenschwander-purchased three owls for barn. Michele and Linda will move owls. Tony not present. Membership-Pat Jones not present .
Bryn Doings- the next flyer will ask each homeowner to email Janelle Rogers to create email database.
Architectural Review. Asked Jack Burris for advice on the selection of the architect for the homeowners association. We must have licensed architect. Laurie called Whit Tussing and asked him if he would be interested. He would charge $100 an hour. He would probably take $80. Michele made motion to offer Tussing the position for $80. Linda seconded the motion. The board approved the request. Covenant Revisions will are still working on.
Complaints, Concerns - Don Havens emailed requesting all meetings be in the evening. Laurie responded to the email answering several other questions. Laurie will suggest to Don that he could skype in on the meeting.
Website Bill Wilken - needs to sit down with Patty Parker and Tracy Rizor to set up website. He would like to put boards name, phone number and email address.

Directory and Contingency Plan- Kim Biggerstaff We are targeting April for completion. Linda will call and follow. New Business Tea ,picnic garage, sale annual meeting, pink porch light for breast cancer awareness will be discussed at the March meeting. Tony Piehowicz wants us to follow up on the water meeting in the village. Steve Mershon said they will not discuss water issue unless we push it onto the agenda. Linda will follow up and tell us what we need to do
Meeting Schedules - April meeting is at Annette Flather's home. May 4th meeting will be at Pat Jone's home. June 1st meeting will be at Michele Brogan's home at 7pm.
