Minutes approved from last meeting. Laurie Kissack made the motion to approve ,Linda Neuenschwander seconded it.
Financial report.
Email received from Luanne Duffus regarding increased dues. We will vote to refund the 2011 dues overage or wait to make changes for 2012. After further discussion it was decided to delay the vote until the May meeting. Tracy Rizor will have budget and actual figures. Vote will be delayed until the May meeting.
Committee Reports:
Landscaping- Linda N price of flats from Timbuks increased from $6.50 to $7.00 a flat.please sign up to water and weed.
Maintenance- Tony P. Pond has been treated by white barn. No barn swallows in the white barn. Fountains are back on.
Website- Bill Wilken a rough draft website will be up by the end of April for the board to view. Inspiration came from a community website called in WoodsidePlantation.com.
Explains why this is a great place to live. It also has a calendar of events. All email addresses will be hidden. If you submitted an email you have an account. If you have an account you can make white barn reservation or place a classified ad. Bill needs photos of kids playing, trees blossoming, for the website. Testimonials of video of homeowners speaking about why they love living here. All homes for sale will be listed on the website.
Membership Pat Jones- The Moores purchased 411 Bryn Du Drive .Bergstroms bought the Fraley's house. Fraleys bought Jain's home.
Architectural Review Laurie Kissack- March 11 Phil Clagget was hired for $80 an hour. He worked under Jack Harden who was one of the original architects to approve plans for the neighborhood. He has a checklist from Jack Harden. He will have no contact with homeowners. Swimming pool for Lindsay and Cohen’s approved. Turn-around time has been four days.
Covenant Revisions Laurie Kissack
Complaints, Concerns, Compliments Laurie Kissack -The Arant home is having a lot of construction. Tonight is the next meeting in the village for water. Do all 85 have irrigation systems? Why are you using only one years data.? There are too many variables?
Dues, Liens Laurie Kissack- dues are coming in. The late fees seem to be having an impact.
Bryn Doings Tracy Rizor- will be published soon. Please mention the cat issue. Cats may not roam free within the neighborhood. This a village ordinance.
Colony News- Susan Karian- repair of the driveways will begin. Wilson will continue our landscaping.
Directory- it will be published by street and by alphabet.
